I can certainly try this. It is weird, though, that with over 60 ActiveSync users, only one is having this issue!

I have a user who has a Verizon Motorola Q running Windows Mobile 6.1. We are using Exchange 2003 SP2, and she is using ActiveSync 4.5 to synchronize to her device. Lately (in the past two weeks) when she deletes messages on her device (and does a send/receive on either the device or the Outlook client on her desktop) messages she deleted on her phone are not deleted in either Outlook or OWA. Yet if she sends a message from her phone, the message shows up in Sent Items on Outlook and OWA. I have power-cycled the device and checked the options for ActiveSync and all is in order. What to do now?

Can you check if you background scanning and proactive scanning for your anti-virus software is turned on on the Exchange backend server? If not, can you turn it on and restart Information Store service for the settings to take effect and try again?
