Browse All TopicsI am running SBS 2003 R2 and need to view the full body of a message that was deleted from both the Outlook sent & deleted items; however, when using the Message Tracking Centre in Exchange all I can see is the subject line. Is there a way I can view the body of emails via the message tracking centre or any other tool for that matter?

If you're not implementing a 'Deleted Item Retention Time', and are unable to recover the message from the client machine using Outlook's 'recover deleted items' feature I believe you'll have to go to backup.
