Exchange with Blackberry Professional
I have 1 Exchange Enterprise 2003 Server and have 2 sister company. I used the following site to configure Exchange as a hosted site to separate both companies from seeing each other.
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Shared_Hosting_Exchange_2003_Part1.html
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Shared-Hosting-Exchange-2003-Part2.html
Thie above is work perfectly, but now I'm having an issue with installing Blackberry Professional. Here is the link I'm using to guide me with the install and I'm installing it excatly how they explain it in the steps:
http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/professional/toolkit.jsp#tab_tab_install
At "Module 2" when installing the BB software and I verfiy mailbox I get the following error (see image for error). Can someone help me configure BPSAdmin account to work correclty with the above configurations? This ID (BPSAdmin) should be able to see all accounts without undo how the above accoutn are only allowed to see the group they belong too. IS this possible?

Not sure on exactly what configuration steps you have taken, but in the second link for your hosted exchange configuration it mentions changing permissions on the GALs and hiding users. If the BPSAdmin user is hidden from the GAL then you will not be able to resolve the name when you check the mailbox.
