Browse All TopicsAm using Samsung Blackjack running Windows Mobile 6.1 setup with the Exchange connection to a Exchange 2003 server; am unable to get HTML content for messages. If I use the POP connection to the same server, HTML content is available. Users with other handheld devices are having the same problem.
What changes are required to view HTML content to mobile clients using the Exchange connection?

As far as I am aware, there is nothing that has to be done. It is a handheld feature first introduced with WM6.0.
I would suggest that you check with the Windows Mobile emulator, see if the problem continues.
