I need stats like outgoing mail/ incoming mail/ BlackBerry, OWA login times, etc. for certain users. I mainly need logon times through OWA regards.

Due to the way HTML works, you are never actually permanently connected. You download the page and then when you do something else the next page is downloaded.
Any number of IIS log processing tools will give you an indication of the time people spent on the server.
For message statistics, message tracking will give you the raw information. You will then need to use a third party tool to provide you reports.

You probably won't be able to get the length of time logged into OWA.
As for the rest of those you will have to gather them from various sources. Blackberry info from your BES server, mail statistics from your Exchange server, etc.
