Mailbox movement script with -maxthreads

I am in process of moving mailboxes from E2k3 to E2k7.

When i am moving the users through script which is picking username (alias) from csv file, the script is moving mailboxes 1 by 1. While I want it to move mailboxes defined through maxthreads.

Does anyone know how to do this ?
we are using script available at http://www.microsoft.com/technet/scriptcenter/csc/scripts/email/exch2007/cscem061.mspx

Powershell script can do this job for you

Get-Mailbox -ResultSize 500 -Database "mailboxsever\mailboxstore" -Sortby displayname |Move-Mailbox -TargetDatabase "databasename" -MaxThread 20

replace " " appropriately.
