Question

How do I give access rights to our helpdesk so that they can create email accounts?

I want to delegate the task of creating email accounts to our helpdesk team but I do not want to give them access to the Exchange Management Console.  Is there a way of accomplishing this task?

Hi,

In Exchange 2007, this process requires access to Exchange Management Console.....but what are you exactly trying to restrict. Yu can make them Receipient Administrator. Gupnit, I am actually trying to restrict them from accessing everything that is in Exchange Management Console except the Mailbox container group.  I have read these articles before but wasn't sure on how to implement it.  I will give it a try and thanks for your comment.
