How to Change Send/Receive Intervals in Exchange 2003

Can someone please tell me how to change the send/receive intervals in Exchange on SBS 2003, specifically for inter-office emails?  Users are complaining that it takes 15 minutes to receive interoffice email since our SBS rebuild.  Previously they were received almost instantly after they were sent.  Thanks.

This isn't the exact solution I was looking for, but it is close.  I ended up letting a more experienced tech do the work.  It was a little bit complicated because this client used 2 different email domains at the same location and they needed a quick send/receive between those domains.  I think he set up aliases that bypassed the pop connectors, and interoffice email now arrives instantly - less than a minute wait time.
