I've checked the sent folder, the username is spelled correctly
a) the recipient is not in Active Directory - AYoung was deleted a while back. I'm not sure how this message is getting copied to this user
b) recipient is spelled correctly
c) correct as well
d) same thing after resetting

a) Verify the recipient exists in Active Direcory if this is an Exchange user. com/kb/287 623).
b) Verify the recipient address is entered correctly when addressing the message.
c) Verify personal address lists and contacts contain the correct address.
d) Reset the Outlook nickname cache (http://support.microsoft.
