Using variables in Exchange 2003 Auto Email Reply
I am trying to find a way to include variables in an automatic email reply from Exchange 2003/Outlook 2007.
We have several outside sales reps that send in email requests for customers (including their customer number, etc.). I would like to send an automatic email reply saying "Your request has been received for Customer number xxxxxx" to be sent back to the sales rep.

I am afraid there is no in built feature in outlook to respond using such variables. You may create multiple rules with different templates to respond to mail's.
Else you need to use some third party tool like Turbo Email Answer or a macro which serve your purpose.
