Autodiscover mostly working except receiving ID:1013 Error (401) unauthorized

After performing the steps in Microsoft KB 940726, I have eliminated all of my autodiscover issues. No more security messages via Outlook 2007, OOF and OAB are all working. Webaccess is working just fine. The issue is with our Ninja Spam software. It is having issues and sunbelt told me it is with our exchange 2007. I ran the following command "test-OoutlookWebServices|FL and am receiving the following info in the attached file.

I have tried everything but still receive this error and our Ninja is not working properly when creating the spam folders under the exchange 2007 mailboxes.

In the Microsoft KB 896861, I ran Method One as a possible solution. Now when running test-OutlookWebServices|FL I have no errors as shown in the attached file. I am now going to reinstall the Ninja Spam software to see if that solves my issue. I also ran the test connectivity and there did not appear to be any errors.
Thank you for the help.

Both answers were very helpful in trying to solve my issue. Even though I have checked my Ninja software, the test-OutlookWebServices|FL now returns no errors.
