Routing Emails
I know how to create a Rule in Outlook to forward emails from certain recipients to another mailbox. I am wondering if this can be done on the Server side. When an email is received from abc.com can it be routed to several mailboxes as it arrives?

Yes you can easily setup the required from the server. Create a email enabled Distribution Group. Add all the users that you want the emails to be forwarded to to this DL. Now the mailbox for which you want to forward the email - Goto mailbox preperties --> Exchange General --> Delivery options -->Click on Forward to and add the DL here. Check the box to deliver the emails to the DL members plus the mailbox and all the emails will then go to the mailbox and a copy to all the members of the DL
