Sorry...forgot to mention that part. Yes, I have already tried the following.
1. Sent a message from my Outlook client directly to the outside address. It is delivered fine.
2. Created a new rule (on the same folder) forwarding email to a different outside email address. The forwarded message still gets stuck in the categorizer...and I did test manually sending to this 2nd address directly from Outlook, which also worked fine.
The problem seems to relate to forwarding from the PF to any outside email address.

What about sending an email directly to that ouside address --> What happens if you do that ? Is it getting delivered ? TRack it and see the results and we can then troubleshoot further.
