Thanks for the links. I went through Free/Busy Folders in Exchange Server 2003 in Depth. But its explain in general. Kindly, i am not getting what are the steps to implement or test it.
I am using Exchange2003 with Outlook 2007, should not be a problem. What you think.
In th client outlook, I went to tools>options>clander options, the default settings are there.
Also i donot see the public folders in my outlook.
For the Resource Scheduling, when i click on it, i get the following error:
"this folder cannot be open because there is a configuration problem on the server..."
What can be done for this error..

While scheduling a meeting you can see the free busy schedule of the people you are inviting.Are you using Outlook 2003 / 2007? Similarly if you are reserving a room it will tell you whether the room is booked or not depending on what is set on the Exchange 2003 - Auto Accept Agent or Direct booking.....
