it is the require all users are authenticated, either way it looks to be an issue on the teacher's school end and not on your network.

Any ideas on this one?
One of our students is emailing a teacher at another schoool and gets the following bounce back:
Your message wasn't delivered because of security policies. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.
#550 5.7.1 RESOLVER.RST.NotAuthorized
Googling it, doesn't give me a whole lot to work on.
Any pointers would be most appreciated.
We relay our e-mail through our ISP, could this have something to do with it?
I just sent the same user a test email and I didn't receive a bounceback but the delivery report said:
Subject Relayed: Test 2 - please ignore:
Body: Delivery to these recipients or distribution lists is complete, but delivery notification was not sent by the destination:

I would check that user via exchange and see if there is any message restrictions
go into emc - go to the mailbox - right click - go to properties - go to mail flow settings - message delivery restrictions and see if the authenticate box is checked
wait since it is the teacher mailbox that is rejecting the message , the other school should check the teachers settings.
