Asked by xenwilder1 in Exchange Email Server, iPhone
Does anyone know where the setting is to have the Iphone not display(open) an attachment? My problem is we have 5 users in our office with Iphones and if they get a fax it is sent to them in a tif format as an attachment. Our fax server sends all faxes to our receptionist via Outlook 2003, who then attaches the tif file to an e-mail and sends to the appropriate person. When they open the e-mail with the attachment, the tif file is displayed, not an icon to hit open. this is fine until we want to foward this to someone, it sends the image very tiny and hard to read. So our goal is to have the tif file attachment not auto open(display) when the iphone opens the e-mail.
