How would I go about doing that zeo?
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsA customer of mine was sending out a large email to many To: addresses, CC: addressesl and BCC: address. Within the To: and CC: she included two of her local (not GAL) distribution lists. When she tries to send out an email, the following error comes up:
"an internal support function returned an error"
From my online research, I have opened up both distribution lists, clicked on Update Now, and both Distribution Lists have been updated. Tried sending the email again (after closing outlook and re-opening it), and the same error occured. I remade her smaller distribution group, gave it a NEW name, modified her draft email to include this new group and remove the original, and the same error occured. I have since got her to delete these distribution groups we have been using, and remake them, she tried to email them again and the error happened again.
I believe Outlook still thinks the old distribution lists still exist, and thus the error is still happening. Anyone run into this before or know how to solve it? Thanks much.

Can you export the distribution list and try it elsewhere to determine if its the list or outlook?
