We setup an Out-of-Office reply but it has verbiage that states "Out of Office". Is there any way to remove or change that verbiage?
We cannot use a rule as that is tied to Outlook and only works when Outlook is running on that account, which it doesn't. WebAccess is being used to access the account.
Any thoughts?

You cannot change the OOTO message behaviour. The OOTO message stays in place.
To use a rule to auto reply you will need to enable automatic replies to the Internet. However that is done for all users, so means that everyone else on the server can also setup an automatic reply message. It is only a matter of time before you get an email loop. The OOTO system is special, in that it only fires once per sender.
Simon.
Mestha,
We don't want to change the behavior of how the message works, just the verbiage. Are you talking about the actual words in the email when you use the term message behavior?
I understand the looping problem with rules and don't really want to go that way.
So just to summarize, if I want to use the OOTO system I am stuck with the line "Out of Office" line on the reply. Is that correct?
