Moving Exchange 2003 to another server in same Domain

Would like to here some suggestions to moved Exchange from one server to another server; with a different name in the same domain.  I have two servers, both are DC's.  One server has exchange and I need to move it to the other DC.  I have installed exchange many times and have had to rebuild exchange but using the same name, same domain; however, this is a situation where it will be a different server name.  Please note as mentioned that is with Windows 2003, and exchange 2003; due to budgets constriants I need to stay with Exchange 2003 as well.
