I am pretty sure that isn't a supported combination. You will need to upgrade your ISA to a later version.
OWA probably isn't working either.

Browse All TopicsI want users to be able to obtain mail on their phones using exchange active sync. I have got outlook web access running fine, however when i try to sync my windows mobile device it does not work.
i get an error code of 0x85010013. My exchange server hosts all main roles, and is 2007 standard sp1. ISA is version 2000 in integrated mode and on latest sp as well.
When i first attempted to sync the device i got a messatge stating that security policies will need to be deployed to the device which i accepted. when i got to sync it says synchronsinig folders and then just stops. Any ideas would be much appreciated

afraid not. The outlook webaccess works fine so users can browse to their www.companymail.co.uk and get their webmail fine.
However it is the the active sync element where there seems to be a problem as i can not get it to function properly on a windows mobile based phone.
Can you let me know of where i can get info regarding getting it to work if you can't go through the solution as ISA is no longer supported.

ISA 2000 ceased to be a supported product back in August 2006. I have not had a test lab for ISA2000 since 2007 - sorry.
