How can I send newsletters to a group of contacts from my exchange 2007?

Are you using Outlook as your email client?  If so then you could great a Group and add the contacts into it, and then just send to that group.

Or are you looking for something else?

Create the contacts, add them to a Mail enabled universal distribution group. Send to the distribution group.
