Can you make bulk permission changes to public folders in Exchange?
I have a client we are trying to migrate large amounts of email to public folders for archiving. There is a significant amount of these folders where as I would like to know if there is a way to add a group and change their permission level in bulk?
The folders are under a master folder. I changed permissions on this but couldn't find a way to pass these settings to all sub-folders. Am I missing something?

You will need PFDavAdmin to do this.

You do not need PFDavadmin for this task, unless you particularly wish to use that tool. There is inbuild support in Exchange 2003.
You can use the propogate settings or overwrite PF permissions depending on your SP level.
