Exchange 2007 allow one sender to send a big as they like to users

Our phone system sends recorded calls and voicemails to their email in .wav files (thanks Mitel) and our users mailboxes are 10meg limits.  If a recorded call gets long it will never get delivered to them because it exceeds 10megs.  Is there a way to allow the one of the same senders to send large files to anyone?  Meaning all the recorded/voicemails come from the same user ID and domain.

you can select one user account and remove the limits on sending and recieving. Just open their mailbox in exchange and from the properties you can configure individual limits.

it's actually one domain, it's our PBX system which is xxx@phonesystem.com.  XXX= the extension or the phone # of the caller ID.  So I need everyone of my users to be able to except a larger data size attachement just from that one person however keeping their regular rules in tact.

Is that possible?

Not sure if it is. I don't think the attachment rules alllow you to set different limits for different senders. I think you either have a limit or you dont.

ASAIK, if the mailbox message size limit is 10GB then that is the limit for any item and there is no way to allow a single user (or any such exception) to send larger I'm afraid.
