Moving public folder replicas from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007

Hi Experts,

I actually in the process of migrating my exchange organization from 2003 to 2007, and i would like to know if you can provide me with a doc or some urls step by step, in how to migrate public folders from an exchange 2003  server to an exchange 2007 server

I would like to know your feedback on this regards, such as common issues in replicating PFs, steps taken to do it, etc

I basically have two exchange 2003 public folder servers, and two new exchange 2007 servers, where i can migrate all data

Can I get another answers from multiple experts?

I would like to compare different feedback coming from several people?

I also want to replicate the public folders through ESM and powershell as well if is possible.
