Create a Domain wide Outlook Signature

I support a Win 2003 network with Exchange 2003. All users have Outlook 2003 installed on their PC's. All mailboxes are in exhcange on the server. Some users have their own signature file they use in outlook. How do I create a 2nd signature file containing a corporate confidentiality notice that displays in their email and under their primary signature if they are using one?

the above solution requires the outbound smtp be on a separate server from where the mailboxes reside (an smtp gateway/bridgehead server)

I would like to make a suggestion for red earth softwares policy patrol. I have used this at 2 of my past jobs and this is a great tool for adding signatured. It gives you the ability to automatically generate signatures, disclaimers, add logos, filter content, etc. The good thing about policy patrol is the signatures are added on as the messages are processed so there is nothing on the client that needs to be done. It also ties into AD so you can pull from your existing information on users.

Exclaimer is another choice.

The Microsoft solution sucks, and isn't worth spending more than 30 seconds on.

Mestha,If microsoft solution sucks, why do u work on Exchange Server.
Go work on linux or lotus.
I am sure u wont make this money that ur making now.

I was making a reference to the Microsoft solution for disclaimer, nothing else. It sucks, and that is widely acknowledged by most in the Exchange community.
