Users cannot access mailboxes after exchange repair

I did a repair on an exchange 2003 sbs machine,
Ran the eseutil /p frorm the BIN folder and repaired both the priv1.edb and pub1.edb files.
Deleted the log and chk files.
Ran a defrag on the stores . eseutil /d
Ran isinteg (isinteg -s servername -fix -test alltests) frorm the bin folder.
Mounted the stores.

I notice owa no longer works and when I try reconnect mailboxes if I click reconnect and browse active directory I cannot find any users, its like there is two active directories, the correct one and then the one exchange is seeing.

How can I reconnect. I also noticed owa is no longer working.
