I have resolved the issue. All I did was had him remove the users that were having the issues with the the recurring meeting....send the update just to the "added or removed" recipients, not to everyone. Had those users completely remove the recurring meeting from their calendars, then had the organizer re-add those users and send another update out to just the "added or removed" recipients and everything is back to normal. Not sure where or what process was broken when those users accepted the previous meeting update, but clearing them out and re-adding them worked for me.

Hi USBMHC, by chance do these users have delegates set up on their accounts? If you can first check all delegate settings and then do a test to recreate this with the people that had issues and post back if the issue recurs.
