Hello NothingSirius,
What's your antispam solution ? No rules on Outlook as LingerLonger seems suggest ?

Browse All TopicsA have a fully operational Exchange 2003 system, been up and working for a couple years with no problems. Suddenly I have mail from one particular host not arriving in inboxes. It shows in the SMTP log, I can see it actually successfully hitting the system, but then it vanishes without a trace. I have whitelisted the organization, so it doesn't seem to be that. And, I can telnet a manual delivery with that host name as it's rcpt from: input and it successfully makes it into the inbox.
Ideas? I'm fresh out.

No, the spam filtering is all done externally. I've got everything turned off internally that I can find, at least until I get the problem fixed.
I turned on message tracking, but can't seem to see any messages no matter what criteria I use to to search. Maybe it's just not been on long enough?
This is happening on all mailboxes, including the special bare vanilla test one I made. I'm accessing it through web access.

Turn on message tracking if it's not already on. Then, use Message Tracking to verify that you can see the confirmation of the messages in question being delivered to the mailbox.
From there, search the mailbox. Maybe there's a filtered view preventing it from being shown, redirecting it to another folder, etc.
