Hi Guys
I am having an issue in my office, some important emails are going to the junk folder, we are working with Microsoft exchange server 2003 and microsoft outlook 2007 in the workstations.
Everybody received a copy of the emails, but some received them in their inbox and some other coworkers received the same email in their junk box.
So coworkers receive 1 copy in the inbox and 1 copy in the junk mail.
The problem is that now we have to check both folders to avoid delete any important mail
How can i fix this issue
