Problems with Exchange 2007 Unified Messaging - Recording Your Name

Enviroment:
MS Exchange 2007, SP1
Cicso Unified Communications Manager 7.1
Windows 2008 R2


Symptoms:
After recording your name, and hitting 1 to accept it, the system attendant indicates:
"Sorry, A system errors occurred"


When going to the event log on the Unified Server, the following two events are logged:

The call with ID "dd1a980-afc180e8-4-a04020a@10.2.4.10" was disconnected by the Unified Messaging server because of a system error.




Additional Information:
You can record greetings and leave messages without the voice error or these events popping in the event viewer.
