Free/Busy InterOrg Utility - Can't get to update info from exchange 2003 to 2010

I am migrating from Windows 2003/Exchange 2003 to a new forest Windows 2003/Exchange 2010.  A 2 way trust exist between the forests.  Using the lates InterOrg tool, I can replicate the free/busy from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2003 but not the other way.  I get errors:
ERROR: Unable to get collector for folder 'EX:/o=cos/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)' on server [Echange2010].
ERROR: ICS Synchronizer returned error, failed [80004005].

When I run get-publicfolder replicas, this is what I have (I can see free/busy between users in Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2010, and Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2010, but now Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2003):
Name                           : SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY
LocalReplicaAgeLimit           :
Replicas                       : {}
ReplicationSchedule            : {}
UseDatabaseReplicationSchedule : True

Name                           : EX:/o=cos/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)
LocalReplicaAgeLimit           :
Replicas                       : {Public Folder Database 1219908840}
ReplicationSchedule            : {}
UseDatabaseReplicationSchedule : True

This is a great link that contains a great write-up by SatyaPathak, but it's only helpful for migrating within the same organization.  I'm migrating from an old forest/domain to a new forest/domain.   Users in Exchange 2003 can see free/busy for users in Exchange 2010 forest.  Users wihin the same Exchange 2010 forest can see their free/busy.  But users in Exchange 2010 cannot see free/busy for users in the Exchange 2003 forest.  The InterOrg tool fails to replicate free/busy from 2003 to 2010 with the above error.
have you found a solution to this problem, as we are also facing the same problem ????
