Does your e-mail get delivered directly to exchange or is it sent to a 3rd party like an ISP or a SPAM service?

to MailMarshal then it push to my Exchange
thanks,
Then it is more likely to be a problem with mailmarshals systems rejecting the sender.
They are the place to start.

Is Mail Marshal configured to only allow registered addresses ? If yes then configure Mail Marshal to load / sync the new addresses from you active drectory.

Hello taked to Mail Marshal and seems the issue is not with it, all the routing are working fine
Issue is not with routing, does Mail Marshal check for users smtp address against a database before forwarding it into exchange ?

Hello, So I went through the Marshal log and as i suspected MailMarshal processed the email correctly.
So it looks like it is an issue with exchange servers rather than with MailMarshal.
