How to allow users to change Distribution lists?

How to allow users to change the group distribution lists using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2007?

I figured that out already. thanks for the quick answer.

In addition to your answer, can you please tell me if I still need to add that user in the security and give him the FULL Control on that distribution group?
With that (what jjdurrant told you) done that user will be able to add/remove people in that Distribution group. But you can do that only for one user per Distribution group.
Thanks guys, I know what you mean.

But I wanna know that do I still need to give that user FULL CONTROL from the security tab of that distribution group's properties?

Also, I have created a new distribution group and it's been 2 to 3 hours and I still cannot see that group in the outlook address book. Do you know how long it normally takes to appear? or Am I doing somethng wrong with the properties of that distribution group?

Ok, thanks.. But lets say not FULL CONTROL but any other permissions? Say read/Write etc? Do I need to give any permissions along with giving that user Managed By rights?

or just by setting up that user as Managed By with no permissions from the Security tab is enough to make this feature work?
