Outllook goes Krazy ...
On-site install of SBS 2003 Premium with Exchange 2003. Fully up-to-date. Less than 10 Users. MS Store size on disc is 31 GB for teh STM and 19 GB for the EDB.
Two Users, mailbox sizes 11.7 GB and 10.2 GB; both using Outlook 2007, first cached mode second non-cached.
The second user (non-cached) complains almost everyday that Outlook freezes and/or restart itself when searches are made, when prints are requested, e-mails are forwarded, etc. The first user (cached mode) never have an issue.
Any ideas?

10+GB for a mailbox is crazy big. You will definately have major performance problems in online mode especially. If you are trying to move some off to a PST, then you will need to do it in chunks - not all at once. Move the mail a few hundred at a time. Also be aware of store and PST size limits. Exchange 2003 SP2 defaults to 18gb total but can be changed to a max of 75gb. PST limits are 2gb or 20gb depending on the type of PST it is.

dons6718: Yes, but it is what it is. So would you recomend to use CACHED mode on the network for big-fat User's inboxes?

We initiated an archive-to-pst process on the problem user and even though it did a lot in reducing the Inbox size, it eneded in a error while processing teh inbox items, something like the items were already moved or something.
