Thank you. Yes it is already installed, I installed it "AFTER" I installed Exchange 2010 and realized that it needed to be installed. Is that a problem?

How do I configure Outlook Anywhere with Autodiscover?
"Test-OutlookWebServices" verifies the following:
Availability service
Outlook Anywhere
Offline address book
Unified Messaging
You need to configure Outlook Anywhere with Autodiscover only if you have remote Outlook users. If not then no use for it.
BTW what is the issue you are facing? Is this test your only concern or any other issues in Outlook?

I do have remote outlook users. Setting up Outlook outside the office is not working. What should my next step be?

Thanks for the help,
It shows that you have enabled Outlook Anywhere on the Exchange 2010 server but have you also installed the RPC over HTTP proxy component? (You can verify this by checking if you have a RPC virtual directory in the IIS manager under Default Web Site. It will not be present if you have not installed the RPC over HTTP component)
- You can install this by running the command "ServerManagerCmd -i RPC-over-HTTP-proxy" from the command prompt.
Note: You will need to configure Outlook Anywhere with Autodiscover for this test to pass completely. It seems to pass all the autodiscover tests for internal outlook clients.
Le us know if you have any further queries.
