Outlook Active Sync working with logon hours

We use Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2007 and Windows Server 2008.

We have users that have iPhones and they use Active Sync with Exchange to get their corporate email.  The problem is that some of the users have logon hours in AD that are set to 7-5 Monday through Friday and 8-12 on Saturdays.  During the times that they are restricted from the network...i.e., 11:00PM...their email will not sync with their phone.

Is there any way to get around this without setting their logon hours to 24x7?

Thanks!

The short answer is no - the phones will need to authenticate and if there are restrictions in place, then that will prevent them logging on, so they cannot authenticate and no mail will get pushed.

So only way to accomplish 24x7 sync with corporate mail on their phone is to give them 24x7 access to AD??  Thanks for your quick response.
