shared contacts show outlook today

Asked by: ipremise

a user connected to shared contacts show "outlook today" page instead of contacts.
permissions are correct.

have removed and readded the user, checked permissions again. still, when that user connects to shared contacts only able to see "outlook today". have tried creating new profile. repairing outlook. tried it on another computer. same issue

using outlook 2007 on an exchange 2010 environment
