Log files are taking up all my disk space on server 2008 with exchange 2010 (C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC1)

I am noticing that my log files in the following path (inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC1) are taking up 65GB of disk space.  This is a Windows 2008 Server with Exchange 2010 installed on it (HUB/CAS roles)  Can I just delete these log files?  Should I disable logging?  Thanks.

How can I disable IIS logging on windows server 2008.  If I right click "default Web site" there isn't a properties option like there was in windows 2003.  Thanks
