Exchange 2010 Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups
I have a very odd problem, and i didn`t found a solution yet ..
Recently we aquired another domain and we move the current users one-by-one on the new domain.
Example: old adress: john.smith@example.com , new adress: john.smith@example2.com
The Example.com mail server runs a linux , the new Example2.com runs Exchange 2010. All clients run Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2007.
In the Exchange server , we have all the contacts added ( the @example.com users ).
The odd problems appear when i disable the contact and add an exchange mailbox ( @example2.com ) , i cannot keep the contact because if i do exchange will generate another alias ( john.smith2@example2.com ).
And after this , the @example2.com users that try to send a mail will receive the error:
This seems to be a local outlook problem. I tryed to delete the names from autocomplete ( new mail / name-> John Smith , select -> Delete ). For the Outlook 2007 i also tryed to delete the NK2 file.
I also Updated the Global Adress List , still same error.
