Windows Server 2008 R2 and Exchange 2010 SP1

Good Morning.

I've recently setup a new small network in a HyperV Environment.  I'm running a server with HyperV 2008 R2.  Within that environment, I'm running a Windows Server 2008 R2 standard with the following roles installed, Active Directory Domain Services, DNS Server, DHCP Server and File Services.  This server is setup as a domain controller.  On a second server, i'm running Windows Server 2008 R2 standard with Microsoft Exchange 2010 SP1.  This is a member server.

I have performed a clean install a few times now, and I'm consistently getting the following errors on the Exchange server:

I have been searching and searching (yes that much) trying to get any leads.  This is a small company with only 10 users.  Any thoughts or suggestions?  Being a clean install that I repeated a few times, i'm at a loss as to what is happening.   Both servers have had all windows updates installed right after the Windows Server 2008 R2 install.

Thanks for any help

I have looked in Active Directory, under the domain controllers OU.  The DC server is listed and under the properties, General, the DC Type is listed as Global Catalog.

*UPDATE*

I didn't hear anything back today from the forums that I posted to, so I began performing some experiments.

What I've found, is that if I set the Microsoft Exchange File Distribution Service and the Microsoft Exchange Replication Services to Startup Automatic (Delayed), the Event ID's 1028 and 3154 went away.  Very wierd.  If this is the case, why doesn't Microsoft set that by default?

I am still having the Event ID 14003 error.
