Exchange 2007 Outside Email Stuck
We have a new SBS 2008 server running Exchange 2007. I have set up Internet mail flow, and now cannot send to ANY outside addresses. From inside the domain I cannot telnet to a valid domain that I know is good. From outside the domain, I can telnet to this mail server perfectly. The problem I believe is with the send connector. I am receiving email fine, just can not send to outside recipients. All mail sent outside gets stuck in the Queue with the error: 451 4.4.0 primary target IP address responded with: "421 4.2.1 Unable to connect....l
Any ideas would be appreciated.

demazter, I have done all of those things. Email was working fine earlier today, then was working on my remote settings, and all this happened. I am receiving mail with mx records, A record, and PTR records to mail.mydomain.com. However, the DNS host, is routing my incoming mail through a secrurance spam filter server, then forwarding it to me.
I have been attempting to set up an outbound mail. I want all outbound mail to use smtp.mydomian.com. The DNS host has added an A record and PTR to my external IP address, and my ISP has added an RDNS to smtp.mydomian.com to point to my external IP Address.
Regardless of the Exchange settings, should I still not be able to telnet to another exchange server outside of my domain? I have another domain that I manage, with Exchange 2003. From any connection outside of my small business server, I can telnet to that domain and get a connection. From inside my SBS domian, I cannot telnet to the same mail server or any other.
Any ideas?
