There is nothing related to this problem in the event viewer. You only see what the send/receive dialogue shows when the you do the following;<br />

Tool | Send/Receive | Download Address Book...<br />
<br />
You can see it says connected and then displays the error as noted above in Outlook 2007.<br />

We have migrated from SBS2003 to SBS2011 and the old Exchange Server 2003 is now gone. I just found a couple a items, one where the Outlook clients got initially an error updating the offline OAB. <br />
<br />
I fixed that by defining the OAB for each database in the client settings.<br />
<br />
Now it appears when you force the OAB update, it connects and finds it, but now I get the 0X80072F06 error.<br />
<br />
Maybe we missing an item during the SBS2003 to SBS2011 migration, but not that we are aware of.<br />

How do we fix this error?<br />
