Exchange 2007 SCR Question.
Have active node passive node Exchange 2007 SCR and needed to test failover. I get this error;
[PS] C:\Documents and Settings\user1>Setup.com /RecoverCMS /CMSName:CMSMAIL01
L01 /CMSIPAddress:192.168.0.10
Welcome to Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Unattended Setup
Preparing Exchange Setup
The following server roles will be recovered
Clustered Mailbox Server
Performing Microsoft Exchange Server Prerequisite Check
Clustered Mailbox Role Checks ......................... COMPLETED
The 'MNSFileShare' path exists but 1 node(s) exist in the cluster. The majority
node set with file share witness facility only works with two node clusters.
The installed version of Exchange Server 2007 may be different from the version
you are trying to install. The current installed version is '8.2.254.0', the la
st installed version was '8.2.176.2'.
Cannot find the Recipient Update Service responsible for domain 'DC=MNTforest,D
C=com'. New and existing users may not be properly Exchange-enabled.
Configuring Microsoft Exchange Server
Clustered Mailbox Server ......................... COMPLETED
The Microsoft Exchange Server setup operation completed successfully.
I wonder if my SCR cluster setup should not have a FSW or something else is creating this error?
