Mailbox retention policy schedule for Exchnage 2010 SP1

I setup a retention policy for exchange 2010 sp1 to apply to the use mailboxes.  When we were on exchange 2003 I had setup the mailbox manager to run on a schedule from Mon through Friday 1am to 5am.  Is their a way to schedule the retention policy to kick off for Exchange 2010 SP1 to only run during that time?

Thank you for the information.  Another thing I notice is their a way to send out notification that their mailbox was cleaned due to the retention policy? I know in exchange 2003 this was possible.

in exchange 2007/2010 there are no email notifications sent to the user  for retention policy or managed folder policy actions.
As said by Activedirectoryman no email notifications are send to the user in exchange 2007 and 2010.
