Archiving mail from who are left the job in server site

I appreciated with this answer. One thing is when i export mailbox to a .pst file system 64 bit system not supporting. How can I move mailbox one volume to another volume froem respective users?

That means i want to move mailbox (for ex users)from first storage group to another folder.

You can just create a new storage group in exchange management console, at Server configuration, mailbox then choose New Storage group in the right (actions) pane. After that select the new storage group and choose new mailbox database, create it on the other volume or folder you want.

After that go to the users mailbox select it and choose move mailbox, follow the wizard and choose the newly created Mailbox database as destination.

Note with exchange 2007 you can have a maximum of 5 Databases (this includes the public folder database)

one question is in my mind..In our exchange server 2007 sp1 the Hard disk filled up. There is no enough space for store mailbox.I want to increase HDD space with Attaching new SAS HDD.and also want move to all storage group and logs  in to new volume.Which files are to be move and how can u suggest me regarding this?

To move a storage group or mailbox database to another partitition or folder you can just right click the storage group or mailbox database and choose move ... and change the paths.

Note when doing this the mailbox database will be dismounted.
