ps: UnMount DB....

The database you wish to check must be taken offline (i.e. dismounted) before attempting to perform the integrity checking operation. When you run ESEUTIL against a Microsoft Exchange computer where it's database is still mounted you will receive the error message
view here for How to Use a Recovery Database in Exchange 2010 :

http://www.expta.com/2009/10/how-to-use-recovery-database-in.html
1032 denotes that something has a lock on the database, i.e. could be mounted like MinoDC suggests of could be that something else like a flat file backup process has it locked while doing a backup.

Either way you cannot do what you are attempting because you already mounted the database and once you do that you cannot then unmount the db and feed in new logs from a backup.  To get the additional data you need to either;

1. If this is a production database then you more then likely already have new data committed into this restored database so in that case you are best to use the RDB and here is a Symantec based link http://www.symantec.com/connect/articles/how-restore-exchange-2010-database-recovery-database-using-backup-exec-2010 to help you out.

1. If you are just looking to know how to recover a database to a point in time then use BE to restore the Exchange database from the desired last incremental point in time and as part of the process it will have to recover the full and all incremental backups in between.  You can configure BE to mount the DB upon completion  OR once all files are recovered to disk you can then use ESEutil to roll up the logs and then mount the DB or simply mount the DB and all the logs in the log path will be rolled up as part of the process.
