Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007 - New meeting request- recurring issue
Hi Experts
I had a user send a meeting request to two users, and only 2 users in the organization, and this can be confirmed by looking at the meeting request in the calendar. After she sent the request, the attached error message came back. Both users mentioned in the NDR error email don’t work at the organization anymore, any idea why this would happen?

Chances are he has bad email addresses in his address cache. It will autoresolve to whatever you put in there before, whether it was good or not. Have him access the Global address list when sending to these two recipients instead of just typing in their name. See if this helps?
Did the intended recipiants also receive the invite? If not then Tchase99 has a good point!
These are a known issue called Ghost Delegates
You will need to locate the two users whom the meeting invitation was sent to.
Open their outlook and go to their Delegate Settings
If eighter Sally or Lisa are listed as delegates simply remove them.
If they are not listed or visible, you will need to do the following to remove the ghost delegates.
Note all the current delegates and their settings
Delete all the users delegates
Close and re-open OUtlook
Re-add all the delegates back with their appropriate permissions
This will refresh the delegate cache and remove the ghost delegate
If both users have No Delegates Listed
All you need to do is add anyone, doesnt matter who, as a delegate
Close and re-open OUtlook
Remove the delegate
Again this will reset the delegate cache and the Sender will be able to send to the two recipients wihtout ever getting that NDR again from these two users
