These seem to be happening about once every 50 minutes or so. In my initial research many on the internet say to update to the latest update rollup(i was previously on RU2). After updating Monday night to RU6, the issue still remains.
There do not seem to be any adverse effects on the users ability to connect to the server, but I don't like seeing errors on the CAS service.
Any ideas?

Yes, IPv6 is disabled and has been since the server was setup.
No AV for the server itself, only Symantec Mail Security for Exchange v6.5.2.96. There are updates for this - perhaps that could resolve the issue, but we've been running this same version for quite a while with no problems. Odd that the error would just start happening on 2/6/2012.

The problem has ceased on it's own with no action from me.
ok, so this is a well known bug in Exchange Server 2010 ?
which rollup to apply next ? I'm on Exchange Server 2010 SP3 already.

Have you disabled IPv6?
What antivirus software do you use? If you uninstall it does the error go away?
