install VMWare Player on Windows 7
I am continuing to get this error when installing VMware Player 4.02. on Win 7 Pro 64/bit
The MSI %temp%\vmware_1332345030\v mwarevmici socket64.m si failed.
the number of course changes when I run again. I have cleaned out my temp directory, I also moved my temp directory to c:\temp in the environment variables. I have tried installing under another user name (all with admin rights) to no avail. Please advise any suggestions.
