Thanks for the posts, the emails are auto genrated from many different clients, so this is out of my control. I accessed the mailbox from an Outlook 2003 client and all emails prior to the switch had the xml content within the email body, but soon as the mailbox swtiched to 2010, they were stored as attachments and the email body was empty.

I am very new to Exchange and but believe this to be a security or transport rule setting. Any ideas why this is happening or what settings I need to check?<br />
